Andreja Krzic Bogataj is "Young Lawyer of the Year 2022

We congratulate Dr. Andreja Krzic Bogataj for being awarded "Young Lawyer of the Year 2022"! She received the prize of the Association of Slovenian Lawyers for her doctoral thesis "Klägerfreundlichkeit als Prinzip des Sozialgerichtsverfahrens: Ein deutsch-slowenischer Rechtsvergleich", which she elaborated at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy. In her thesis, published by Nomos in 2021 and also available open access as e-book, Andreja Krzic Bogataj examines the question of how effective legal protection can be ensured for litigants in social law disputes against the backdrop of the manifold problems they face.
