Big Rush on the Topic "Social Policy"

What is and what wants social policy? In his lecture "Social Policy" Prof. Börsch-Supan, Director at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy, drew a wide bow in order to classify the current reform options for the pension insurance. His explanations and forecasts on the various parameters of our pension system as well as comparisons with the systems of neighbouring countries such as Austria met with great interest from the numerous listeners. The lecture was a joint event of the two departments of the Institute, the Munich Center for the Economics of Aging and the Department of Foreign and International Social Law.
