Student Assistants (m/f/d) in PERGAP Project
(min. 8 hours/week)

Ihre Aufgaben

In your position as a student assistant, you will be supporting the work of the above-mentioned project. You will assist in the development of a database for comparing and investigating social policies and public perceptions across Europe and beyond and in the preparation of scientific output on project related topics, such as public opinion (mainly related to inequality, redistribution and public institutions), comparative social policy, and social stratification/inequality. Your duties will primarily include: researching data and literature, preparing literature overviews, collecting and coding datasets, and supporting the updating of the project’s website and social media channels.

Ihr Profil

  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master Studies of a social science-related discipline at a German university with above average academic achievements
  • Ability to work in a team and interest in interdisciplinary research
  • Good command of English and, if possible, of further languages
